Three Keys To Success

There are no short cuts when it comes to health and fitness. It takes these three steps. There will still be bumps along the way but, if you stay the course success WILL come.




1) Goals – To be successful you have to have a goal. Without a goal there is no measure of success. These goals of course must follow the SMART protocol. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time Bound.

2) Commitment- After you set your goals you must become committed to these goals. When your commitment becomes greater than your fear then you get results.

3) After commitment you need discipline. Discipline to put the hard work in every day. The discipline to skip the “short cuts” and take the hard road. The discipline to keep going when it gets difficult and the discipline to DO IT even when you don’t want to. Discipline bridges the gap between goals and accomplishment.
